The Spring Renewal 1-Day Women’s Retreat, happening on 14 September, is your opportunity to emerge from the quiet of winter and embrace the blossoming beauty of the season.
In the peaceful sanctuary of Shibumi, just a short escape from the city, we invite you to immerse yourself in a day of rejuvenation and connection. With the guidance of Kyla and Siobhan, along with a group of like-minded women, you’ll celebrate spring with:
Engage in a seed planting ceremony, a fire ceremony, and a cacao sharing circle to nurture both your inner and outer worlds.
Relax by the pool and connect with like-minded women in a warm, nurturing atmosphere, creating meaningful bonds and enjoying moments of peace and sisterhood.
Reconnect with your body through yoga and ecstatic dance, guided by a live DJ for an invigorating, soulful experience.
Lift your spirits with collective voices in our singing circle and share in the abundance of the season with a communal harvest table. Please bring a contribution to share.
The retreat includes yoga, ecstatic dance with a live DJ, a seed planting ceremony, a fire ceremony, a cacao sharing circle, and a communal harvest table. You’ll also have free time to relax by the pool and connect with other women.
Please bring a contribution for the harvest table, along with your own yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a swimsuit for pool time, and any personal items you may need for the day.
The retreat takes place at Shibumi, a serene bush escape just 30-40 minutes from the city, offering a peaceful environment to unwind and connect with nature.
The cost of the retreat is R390 per person.
